About Bloom Within: Summer Solstice Reset
On the June 21st, 2026 from 11:30-1pm, we invite you to join us for our Bloom Within: Summer Solstice Reset, featuring a Yin & Restorative Yoga with a Sound Bath guided by Lizzy Crowne and Gail Lordi from Flow Studio, then afterwards, a u-pick floral experience in the heart of our farm.
Celebrate the turning of the season and the fullness of light with a mid-morning gathering designed to help you soften, receive, and reconnect as you greet the longest day of the year in warmth.
Held in our Secret Garden tucked in the middle of our orchard, this Summer Solstice practice invites you to slow down and settle into a deeply nourishing blend of yin and restorative yoga, supported by the immersive tones of a live sound bath. Bathed in the gentle energy of the morning, you’ll be guided into long-held, supported postures that encourage release through the body while calming the nervous system.
Sound becomes the thread that carries you inward—vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments helping to quiet the mind, restore balance, and create space for reflection.
The Summer Solstice is a moment of both expansion and pause—a time to honor growth while also creating space to integrate. This practice offers a grounding container to do just that.
After practice, we invite you to wander the Secret Garden and enjoy a peaceful u-pick experience—gathering a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers to take home. A simple, sensory way to honor the season… perhaps to brighten your own space, or to share as a heartfelt offering for a father or someone you love, this Father’s Day.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more spacious, supported, and aligned with the rhythm of the season.
What to Bring:
Wear comfortable layers and bring anything that helps you feel at ease—your favorite blanket, pillow, or eye covering. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. All levels welcome.
*Please bring mats if you have them and/or a large blanket, or $5 to rent a mat*
